Move a WhatsApp Business or Facebook shop catalog to CordeliaApps

The catalog behind a WhatsApp Business, Facebook or Instagram shop is a Meta Commerce Manager feed — export it as CSV and import it as-is, with variants, categories and stock coming across.

If you sell through a WhatsApp Business catalog, or a Facebook or Instagram shop, your products live in Meta Commerce Manager. Its feed is a CSV that CordeliaApps reads directly.

Get the file

  • You uploaded a feed — it's the file you maintain (Commerce Manager → Catalog → Data sources). Use it as-is.
  • You built the catalog by hand in WhatsApp / Commerce Manager — Commerce Manager → Catalog → Items → Export (or Download from the items list) gives you the same column layout.

Import it

The importer detects the format from the file's header row, so leaving the console's picker on Detect from the file (or saying nothing to the assistant) is enough.

  • In the consoleProducts → Import, set File format to WhatsApp / Meta catalog feed, choose the file. You'll see the plan before anything is written.
  • Through an AI assistant — attach the file and say "import this WhatsApp catalog into <store>".
