A tour of the admin console
What each page in the dashboard does, and which ones you'll actually use every day.
The console has twelve pages. You'll live in two of them and visit the rest occasionally. This is a map, not a manual — each page has its own guide.
The store switcher
Top of the sidebar. One account can own several stores, and every page in the console is scoped to the store selected here — products, orders, coupons, all of it. If a page looks empty and shouldn't be, check which store is active before checking anything else.
"New store" in the same menu creates another one.

Orders
Live. New orders appear without a refresh. Advance status, cancel, refund.
Products
Your catalog. Sort and filter by category, brand or stock.
Pages you'll set up once
| Page | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Settings | Store profile, delivery, payments, sample data, your account. Four cards, and most of your setup happens here. |
| Categories | The aisles shoppers browse. A store needs at least one. |
| Brands | Optional. Products can be unbranded. |
| Banners | The promo carousel on your storefront's home screen. |
| Stores | Every store you own, with its publication status. |
Pages you'll dip into
| Page | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Coupons | Discount codes, with scopes, floors, caps and usage limits. |
| Reviews | Moderation. Read what shoppers wrote; delete what breaks your rules. |
| Notifications | Compose a push to everyone who follows your store. |
Platform notifications appears only for superadmins — it reaches every shopper across every store, not just yours.
Two things worth knowing early
Most lists are live. Orders, products, categories, brands, coupons and banners stream from the database, so a change made in another tab — or by a shopper placing an order — appears without a refresh. Reviews are the exception: that page is fetched, and has its own Refresh button.
Almost nothing is destructive without a confirmation. Deletes ask first. The two actions that commit immediately once confirmed are cancelling an order (it restocks and refunds) and generating sample data (it writes ~150 records).
